Matthew 10:26-31
Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered,
that shall not be revealed and hid that shall not be known.
What I tell you in darkness, that speak ye in light: and
what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the housetops.
And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to
kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to kill the
soul and to destroy both body and soul in hell. Are not two
sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall
upon ther ground without your Father. But the very hairs on your
head is numbered. Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value
than many sparrows
He came into this world but not for so very long
The death angel came and took him on Home
To a Heavenly Mansion, no trouble or woe
But I can’t understand Lord why he had to go
He was only nineteen and so full of life
But lately he’s seen nothing but trouble and strife
He said that you beckoned, that's one thing I know
I am confident you visited him before he had to go
In only a second, a twinkling of an eye
Lord I feel you touched Garry before he had to die
You had saved his soul from right at the start
I believe the last moment that You entered his heart
O why did you leave us with this heavy load?
Could it be that you seen much farther down the road?
And that his last calling would be took away?
And he’d not feel the touch, you’d given one day?
I am asking for comfort wherever I go
But the only real Comfort is in you, Lord I know
Bless us and guide us and keep us "keeping on"
Comfort us Jesus from dusk until dawn
Show to us peace and confidence in knowing
We’ll see Little Garry in the place we are going
But until I go and my work here is done
I ask you Dear Lord to watch after my son
