God knows every tear that we shed. He knows
every time our heart breaks, He is a loving
God and He cares for His children.

The world seems so clean after a spring rain
Wildflowers will gently raise their head again
The same as a soul after a cry
Things start to look better and you don't know why
The ache has eased but just a bit
You see things from a different point of view
Maybe things are not as bad as they seem
As you consider options anew
Don't ever forget when life seems downhill
We were sent a Comforter and it is here still
The sweet Holy Spirit lingers close by

There's just so much we don't understand
Why heartaches enter and take such a stand
Why do we suffer when we give our all?
Why do little children suffer most of all?
